This project proposal addresses the need to upgrade the activities of the Unit created for social services in the Municipality Zemen project funded under the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2007-2013, and the need to expand the scope, type and not least the quality of the services. Providing an opportunity to provide integrated services for social inclusion and improving quality of life for the disabled and people over 65 years in the inability for self living in the municipality of Zemen through the provision of health, social, psychological and other services community and home sreda.Sazdavane opportunities for active social inclusion, promoting equal opportunities and provide long-term care, according to the individual needs of each representative of the target group. Expand the volume and variety of activities and services provided by Social Services Unit, resulting in access to health and social services aimed at providing the maximum satisfaction of the needs of a given user, incl. health, physiological, emotional, psychological. The project provides opportunities for social integration through the provision of comprehensive services resulting in a combined hourly use of services in the community and at home, based on individual needs and desires of the consumer. Retention of personal freedom and dignity of the representatives of the target group is fundamental in the work of the Unit created for social services. The project provides permanent employment for 34 persons, thus allowing for the return of the real market of people caring for loved ones with disabilities. 30 people will care and provide services in the home environment for the target group, and four persons appointed as staff in the Office of Social Services will implement activities quality delivery of complex services in the community.
