,,Support for independent living in the municipality of Nova Zagora’’

The project ,,Support for independent living in the municipality of Nova Zagora’’ aims to improve the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion for people with disabilities and people over 65 years with inability for self care, overcoming the consequences of social exclusion and poverty and return to the labor market to the people who take care for their relatives with disabilities. The service will be provided by a unit of services for home care – Nova Zagora established by a procedure ,,Help at home‘’ to provide hourly services for social inclusion in the community or at home environment. It will be appointed management staff consisting social worker and assistant social activities, providing specialized services by a nurse through which to ensure an integrated approach for the provision of services. For hourly personnel providing social services will be hired approximately 62 people who will serve 100 users from the targeted groups. All activities are considered to the requirements of the managing authority of OP HRD 2014-2020, as the results will help to improve the access to social and health service, independent living and social inclusion of people with disabilities in need and people over 65 years with inability for self care .
