Establishment of center for provision of hourly integrated social services in Municipality of Veliki Preslav

Project "Establishment of center for provision of hourly integrated social services in Municipality of Veliki Preslav" completely overlaps with the objectives of program "Independent Living", which focus on improving the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion in response to the complex needs including and health of people with disabilities and people over 65 unable to self in order to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. On the one hand, the project will address the need to provide assistance to people over 65 with a limited service in connection with their failure to organize independently their lifestyle and daily activities, and lack of social contacts, and on the other - it will help the municipality as provide employment to unemployed people of working age. By means of this project a specialized center for hourly providing of integrated social services will be created in the municipality of Veliki Preslav and to this end a renovation of the room where the center is located will be made. When the rules for the center's operation are made the individuals will be employed - social workers who will deliver integrated services. In order to be qualified and competent the social workers will be trained at the beginning of the project and in the process of its implementation. Individuals who benefit from the center's services will be cared for according to individual plan for providing integrated service, according to the analysis of their needs, and for this purpose at the beginning of the project and in the middle of it, considering the inclusion of new users, an evaluation of the necessitous' needs will be made.
