"Caring for dignified and independent life"

Project " Care dignified and independent life " aims to provide social services in the community by providing a range of services according to the specific needs of individuals , to meet the daily needs of people with disabilities and people over 65 with limitations or inability to self . The project contributes to the expansion of social services to elderly , lonely and disabled people to improve their quality of life. The main project activities are: 1. Organization and Management 2. Information and publicity 3. Development of rules / methodology activity of services in the home environment 4. Provision of services in the home environment The project proposal is a continuation of the successful policy of Vulchi dol, which over the years, providing services "Home assistant" and "Personal Assistant" financed under various schemes of the OP "Human Resources Development". The project proposal complements the effects of other initiatives for the provision of social services. It builds on the established model of socialization of the target group in Vulchi Dol. The social effect of service is especially important for small settlements which lack alternative measures to support people with disabilities and their families. The presence of attitudes that older people and people with disabilities can not take responsibility for their lives, turning them into dependent people dependents . The project offers solutions to serious social problems and needs, such as social exclusion of vulnerable groups, underdeveloped community services and the limited institutional capacity to address these issues at local level by providing hourly social services to disadvantaged people .
