Establishing of a Centre for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the municipality of Pomorie

The project proposal has the following general and specific objectives: General objective: Improving the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion of people with disabilities and people over 65 unable to self-service by providing integrated services in the community or at home. Specific objectives: Expanding opportunities for improving quality of life and overcoming the consequences of social exclusion and poverty of people with disabilities and people over 65 unable to self-service in the municipality of Pomorie, by providing integrated access to health, social and other services. Preventing the risk of institutionalization of people with disabilities and people over 65 unable to self-service in the municipality of Pomorie, through establishment of a Center for per hour service provision for social inclusion. Providing quality integrated services in a Center for per hour service provision for social inclusion, recruitment, training, supervision and methodological support for the staff. This project proposal is addressing the needs of a particular vulnerable group in the community, namely the disabled and people over 65 unable to self-service in the municipality of Pomorie, a total of 35, including disabled children 9; 13 disabled residents of the town of Pomorie, 13 - from other settlements in the municipality; 5 of the children with disabilities are residents of the town of Pomorie, 4 - from other places. The project envisages the implementation of the following activities: Activity 1 Activities for organization and management of the project Activity 2 information and publicity. Action 3 repair, furniture and equipment of the Center Action 4 selection and training of the Center staff Activity 5: Development of a methodology for the Centre's activities and supervision Activity 6 Providing integrated services in the Centre for per hour service provision for social inclusion
