"Center for Social hourly provision of services in the community and at home, Municipality ChIiprovtsi"

Project "Center for Social hourly provision of services in the community and at home, Municipality ChIiprovtsi" completely overlaps with the objectives of the program "Independent Living", which focuses on improving the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion in response to complex needs, including the health of people with disabilities and people over 65 unable to take care of themselves in order to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. On the one hand, the project will address the need to provide assistance to people over 65 with a limited service in connection with their failure to organize independently their lifestyle and daily activities, and lack of social contacts, and on the other - will help the municipality providing employment to unemployed people in working age. With the help of this project a separate center for hourly provision of integrated social services will be created in the Municipality Chiprovtsi . For this purpose reparation of the room where the center will be located will be made. After elaborating rules for the operation of the center people will be appointed - social workers who will deliver integrated services. To be qualified and competent the social workers will be trained at the beginning of the project and in the process of implementation. The persons benefiting from the services of the center will be cared for according to individual plan for providing integrated services, according to the analysis of their needs, and for this purpose at the beginning of the project and in the middle of, in order to include the new users, an evaluation of the needs of the needy will be made.
