"Establishing a centre for provision of community- or home-based services for social inclusion on an hourly basis at Chavdar municipality for the purpose of ensuring an independent life of people, unable to take care of themselves"

The main target of the proposal is improvement the quality of life and the access to services for social inclusion of people with disabilities and people over 65 years of age from Chavdar municipality, unable to take care of themselves, based on specific analysis and assessment of their particular necessities. The specific targets are: 1. Overcoming the consequences of the social exclusion and poverty of people with disabilities and people over 65 years of age from Chavdar municipality, unable to take care of themselves. 2. Elaborating an integrated complex of social services for the target group, based on particular necessities and preferences. 3. Bringing back the persons, who provide social servisies, at the real labour market. In order to achieve the targets and the results of the project, the folloing activities will be accomplished: 1. Organization and managment of the project; 2. Information and publicity; 3. Elaboration of rules/methodology for the working of the centre for provision of community- or home-based services for social inclusion on an hourly basis; 4. Providing an access to integrated services, according to specific necessities of the vulnerable man, based on particular social assessment through establishing a new centre for provision of community- or home-based services for social inclusion on an hourly basis, including supporting and integrated intersectoral services; 5. Training of the personnel, who provide social servisies; 6. Giving psychological support, consultation and supervision of the personnel, who provide social servisies; 7. Motivational, psychological and social support for the users of the services, according to their particular necessities.
