Alternative for Independent and Easeful Life

Project "Alternative for Independent and Easeful Life" is aimed at people with disabilities and their families, people over 65 with limited or unable to self-service in the Municipality of Gulyantsi, who are at increased risk of social exclusion. The general objective of the project is to contribute to expanding the opportunities for improving the quality of life of vulnerable groups and their families by promoting the principle of equal opportunities and expanding the volume, diversity and targeting of social services in the community. Specific objectives of the project is to achieve establishment of a Unit for hourly service provision for social inclusion of the target group, working with qualified staff and high standards by which to provide integrated services for people with disabilities and their families, people over 65 with limited or unable to self-service by integrated actions providing long-term care, incl. social and health services in the community or at home, according to the specific needs of handicapped people on the basis of an individual assessment of needs. The activities to be implemented under the project to achieve its objectives and expected results are as follows: 1. Project Management and Publicity 2. Building capacity to provide services for social inclusion in the community or at home 3. Establishment of Unit for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home 4. Provision of services to representatives of the target groups
