Improving access to services for social inclusion of the residents of the Municipality Provadia.

The project envisages the inclusion of a total of 106 human users, 86 people will be transferred from the project "New opportunities for care" and 20 new users will be involved in this project . It is envisaged that the appointment of the 87 assistants of which 77 personal assistants, 10 social assistants. Will appoint a therapist who will provide rehabilitation at home too. Will provide the following services: 1.Providing hourly service for personal assistance - help to maintain personal hygiene; assistance in nutrition; help in making medicines prescribed by a doctor; assistance in carrying out rehabilitation or other specialized services in the consumer's home; or escorting children to school, hospital or workplace and others. 2.Predostavyane hourly services to utilities activities - shopping; hygiene in living quarters inhabited by users; administrative services and payments; preparation of food products to the consumer, etc. 3. Providing hourly service to support social inclusion of people who receive services - assistance in communication and social contacts; accompaniment during visits to the cinema, theater, exhibitions, concerts etc .; assistance in writing letters, applications and submitting them to the relevant institutions. 4. Providing psychological support and counseling personnel providing social services; 5. Motivational and psychological support for service users according to their individual needs. With the planned rehabilitation activities in the home environment, providing social and psychological support and the inclusion of social assistants in rotation, the project is its innovative nature. The project provided for execution of repair of premises which will provide support services. At stake is buying a car for the transportation of service users to doctor medical commission, appearance before the Territorial Expert Medical Commission.
