The project proposal is fully in line with the announced procedure for granting financial assistance, namely improving the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion of people with disabilities and people over 65 years to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. The municipality of Oryahovo have been performed and are in the process of implementing projects for personal assistants and social assistants. This proposal builds on the results achieved by transitional projects and helps create conditions for sustainable development. From the information we have deprived are 179, including disabled people with a proven disability, children with disabilities and the elderly over 65 years with an inability to self-service. From the above 90litsa participate in the project "New Alternatives", the provision of service ending March 2016. The purpose of this project is to be covered - a large number of needy people who receive quality social services and qualified assistance. The project contributes to the fulfillment of the municipal development plan of the municipality of Oryahovo (2014-2020) All set activities apply the principle of equal opportunities, gender equality, non-discrimination.
