"Empathy"

The project proposal complies with the specific objective of priority axis 2 of OP "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020, its aim is to help improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and people over 65 with inability for self living in the municipality of Pavel Banya. In 2012 for the purposes of the project realized under the OP "Human Resources Development" 2007-2013. Because of the procedure "Help at Home" Unit for services at home was created as part of Home Social care of the city of Pavel Banya, whose main function was to provide hourly social services in the home environment, specifically targeting people experiencing disadvantage due to limitation or inability for self-service. The idea of municipality of Pavel Banya is through this project proposal to support the activities of Unit for services at home for future periods. This will create conditions for ensuring continuity and guarantee servicing of existing users of social service "Personal Assistant". The Unit will be providing hourly, integrated social services at home, specifically targeting people over 65 years experiencing disadvantages due to limitation or inability to self-service and integrated social services at home for people with disabilities living in the municipality of Pavel Banya. The idea is that the people who will provide personal assistance services are of working age and not entitled to pensions for Public Council for interaction, including relatives of the users. This will ensure the employment of vulnerable groups of Pavel Banya Municipality, which will help to reduce the risk of poverty. All of them will have the necessary knowledge to serve specific needs in accordance with their preferences, personal choice and needs. We will combine complex steps towards ensuring long-term care services, social activities, health service, motivational support at home.
