"Center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home environment"

According ODA in 2020 Tsarevo municipality must be economically stable and environmentally friendly tourist center of economic growth, preserved natural and cultural resources and efficient use of resources for employment and higher living standards. Preservation and development of human capital, limiting demographic crisis, reducing unemployment and poverty, improving living standards by promoting education and social inclusion. To achieve this and among the main economic activities and infrastructure projects is also necessary adequate development of social welfare. Permanent residents in the municipality /OCSP according to 15.05.2015/ are 9524 people. Over 50% of them are with disabilities, registered in SAD Tsarevo - 325 persons. Unemployment is 10.72% according to official data of the Bureau of Labor, but in practice this percentage is much higher. Continuous deepening financial and economic crisis significantly make worse the living conditions. Most affected by it are elderly, the sick and the poor. Guided by the above, complying with European, national and local priorities for development of social services and opportunities OPHRD - procedure "Independent Living", we developed the idea of creating a "Center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home environment. " Its main objective will be to improve the quality of life of the most vulnerable social groups in the municipality of Tsarevo. It will be realized through the expansion of social activities, reducing the conditions for social inclusion and addressing the individual needs of users of social services. For this purpose a team of specialists /psychologist, therapist, nurses/ personal assistants and home helpers will be trained and hired. Hiring them will greatly ease the lives, health and social problems of people in need, on the one hand and will create employment on the other.
