"Support for indipendend living "

The project will create a new center for domestic social services in the home environment. They are will be selected and appointed 8 training domestic helpers, 4 social assistants and one medical specialist for 18 months and 71 personal assistants for 14 months. The aim of the project is to provide people with disabilities and adults than 65 years access to long-term health and social care, including access to employment, according to the specific needs of people at a disadvantage on the basis of an individual assessment of needs. Budget of the project proposal: 498 636.05 Duration - 22 months. Target group: - Persons with disabilities; - Persons over 65 years of inability to service. Main activities of this project proposal are: 1. Organization and management; 2. Creating conditions for work at the Center for social service; 3. Selection and recruitment of staff at the Center for social service; 4. Selection of service users 5. Functioning of Center for providing social services at home; 6. Performance of motivational support and consultations to the service users 7. Information and publicity. Expected results: - A new Center for social services in the home environment; - improving the quality of life of elderly and disabled people by creating conditions and support for the effective exercise of the right of their right to independent living and social inclusion; - Providing employment to unemployed people of working age; - Integration of services for people with inability to service for people with a disability, combining complex towards providing long-term care, including social and health services in the community and at home.
