This project proposal aims at improving the quality of life and the access to services for social inclusion of people with disabilities and people over 65 with inability for self-service. Under the project, a Center for services in domestic environment shall be created which shall provide integrated services, combining complex activities towards providing long-term care, which include social and health services in domestic environment. On the one hand, employment shall be provided to unemployed people of working age, and on the other hand – an opportunity will be given to the people with disabilities to choose the desired and needed assistant. Each person with disability will be able to make use of various services as per their needs and the type of aid. In the Center for services in domestic environment - Town of Zlatograd, there will be appointed 20 Personal Assistants, 20 Social Assistants and 23 Home Care Assistants. Specialists shall be appointed as well to provide psychological, social and medical support to the users. The staff of the Center shall be trained during the realization of the project activities and supervision shall be provided.
