The needs of the target groups of social services in normal daily activities, social contacts; of health services will be addressed. 60 persons with disabilities and their families and 15 persons over 65 with limits or unable to self-service will be included. Through the specific goals for expanding the activities of the Unit for innovative providing of hourly service for social inclusion in the community and in home environment, overcoming social exclusion, prevention of institutionalization, providing a safe and appropriate environment for decent living and active social life of the users, enhancing qualification and income of the low-skilled, creating conditions for the return on the real market of those who care for relatives with disabilities, the overall objective of improving the quality of life of disadvantaged people in Dolni Chiflik municipality, giving them the right of choice, independence and dignity will be achieved.
