Support for independent living of disadvantaged people in Nessebar Municipality by providing supporting cross-sectoral and integrated services by Unit services in the home environment.

The project envisages the implementation of a multi- disciplinary approach to providing social and health services by expanding the range of activities of the Unit for services in the home environment to the Home Social Patronage Nessebar Municipality. In order to meet the complex needs of the disadvantaged and people with disabilities in the municipality of Nessebar it will be introduced a new kind of health service and individualized services to the needs of consumers. This will ensure coverage of a large number of individuals who can benefit from the provided hourly activities for personal assistance, social support and communal activities. It will provide hourly care and new services and also it will provide employment to unemployed persons. For the provision of services in Unit there will be staff of the positions "Personal Assistant" and "Domestic assistant". According to availability and the specific needs of users it will be employed 17 personal assistants and eight domestic helpers. It will be introduced integrated specialized health services, including counseling and rehabilitation for people with disabilities, medical assistance. The project envisages provision of psychological support and consulting service of users and consultation and supervision of staff. For this purpose in the Office there will be staff of a contract of employment, including a social worker and a nurse. It will be developed a comprehensive methodology for the activities of the Unit, which regulates the type and delivery of social services.
