"SUPPORT IN FAMILY ENVIRONMENT"

This project aims to improve the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion of people with disabilities (including children) and people over 65 who are unable to self serve themselves, overcoming the consequences of their social exclusion. The implementation of the project will create Daycare Center providing social services at home. The project means to provide services during 18 months and cover 60 or more users, depending on the need. Provision of services in home environment will be performed by 20 personal and 10 social assistants, and 10 domestic assistant, social worker, special educator - speech therapist, psychologist and nurse. Provision of psychological, social and health services, along with personal services / social assistance and home assistant are a complex of integrated services for people unable for self serve themselves and people with disabilities, and provides a complete action in long-term care. During the preparation of individual needs assessments will be respected the horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, equality between the sexes. Improving the quality of service will be achieved through the implementation of activities to support the service users and the staff. Guiding principles for the implementation of the activities will be the needs of the individual and providing integrated access to health, social and other services for the specific needs of disadvantaged people, given their individual evaluation. Project activities are organized as efficiently as possible to ensure full use of financial and human resources.
