Support for Social Inclusion in Troyan Municipality

The project “Support for Social Inclusion in Troyan Municipality” upgrades the activity of the created by Scheme “Help at home” section for domestic hourly services through providing integrated social and healthcare services and psychological support for the target groups: disabled and elderly people over the age of 65 with difficulties in self-care. The aim of the project is: improved quality of life and access to integrated inter-sector services for children and people from the target group in order to overcome the consequences from social exclusion and poverty. Creating conditions for people taking care of their disabled relatives to return to the labor market. Realization of succession between procedures of Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” which have been providing social services in domestic environment in Troyan municipality for over 4 years for people who need support in social inclusion and life quality improvement. The foreseen activities are: 1. Providing access to integrated services for children and people, based on individual social assessment. 2. Staff trainings for service fulfillment. 3. Providing psychological support, consultation and supervision for the staff fulfilling social services. 4. Motivational and psychological support for consumers of social services according to their individual needs. 5. Organization and management of the project. 6. Information and publicity. 7. Development of Methodology for the activity of the section for integrated hourly services in Troyan municipality. 8. Ongoing repairs, furnishing and equipment of rooms in the section. The expected results are: available access to integrated inter-sector services for 80 consumers in Troyan municipality and expanded activity range of the existent section for domestic hourly services created by Scheme “Help at home”.
