"Assistance for independent life " Nikolaevo Municipality provides functioning of the Unit for services in the home environment created by the project" Help at home "as a provider of social services" Personal Assistant "," Social assistant "and" Domestic assistant ". The new design Unit expanded its activities, adding to those services in the community and providing new services such as motivational support to users and their families, psychological support personnel providing services in their homes. Will create a multidisciplinary team of professionals / social work assistant, social worker and nurse / who will carry out the social assessment of candidates for users in two stages - at the start of the project and upon completion of the project "New opportunities for care" / early of April 2016 /, will carry out the provision of new services / motivational support to consumers and psychological support staff / will prepare Rules of the Unit. The project envisages a first phase to start working six employees - three nursing assistants and three domestic helpers to care for 10 users. On the second stage - the team will evaluate all users cared for "New opportunities for care" and then to the Office will be appointed 25 new faces - 16 personal assistants, 6 social assistants and three domestic helpers to care for the estimated new users . The team of experts will be appointed to work earlier than other staff to have time to do social assessment of all applicants for users. During the execution of the social assessment / first stage / will run the process of evaluation and selection of candidates for social assistants and home helpers. Total users - 43 Total number of staff to provide services in their homes - 31 people, distributed as follows: - Personal assistants - 16 pcs. - Social assistants - 9 pcs. - Home helpers - 6.
