The project provides care for the activities for the created unit of services for home care - Aytos, for developing and expanding the capacity, variety and singleness of the social services for people with disabilities and people over the age of 65 with limited or impossibility of self-service. In it will be formed a management staff, through which it will ensure an integrated approach for the provision of services. A personnel will be hired, which will be serving disadvantaged people, citizens of Aytos and the localities in the municipality. Through the provided by the project activities will be provided access to a long-term health and social care accordingly to the individual needs of the users, and access to employment.
