By the realisation of the project "Social Inclusion Centre" is planned the employment of 60 people in total, divided as follows: 10 home helpers from December 2015, 20 home helpers and 30 personal assistants from March 2016. The total number of the recipients is expecred to be 63 users. The Municipality of Elin Pelin has realised several projects so far, directed towards services in home environment. There is data and observations for specific necessities of socially vulnerable people who are the target group in the present project. As a result of in-depth assessment of individual necessities in this project, health services will be also provided ( not included in the National health insurance fund), supervision of personnelq as well as the service "Laundry in social inclusion centre" for the recipients of the social services. The social service will be provided within 25 months.
