CENTER FOR GIVING HOURLY SERVICES IN A DOMESTIC ENVIRONMENT IN DOLNI DUBNIK MUNICIPALITY

This project will build a Center for a hourly services in a domestic environment, based on the already created Unit, after successfully completed project with a Scheme for free of charge financing “Help for two”. It will be created a Center for integrated services in a domestic environment and will be secured access to integrated social services for 123 people in need , including children form the smallest and most distant villages form the municipality center in Dolni Dubnik Municipality. It will be assured stability of the created working places using the Scheme for free of charge financial help “Alternatives”and will be included 60 users more, with disabilities and incapable of self- care, including children. After the start of the project will be formed project and the expert multidiscipline teams, will be introduced the project documentation, the methodology of working in a newly build structure, applied procedure for selection of the staff from “Social assistants”. Will be made a selection and evaluation of the need of the potential users of this services. The main project activities are: training and preparation of the staff, giving psychological support, consulting and supervising the social assistants and motivational and psychological support of the users of the services, according their individual needs. In the period of 18 months will be given hourly integrated services in the houses of 123 users from 41 “social assistants”, hired on a full working day on the territory of Dolni Dubnik Municipality. The main project activity is giving information and publicity, including conducting press conferences, creating informational materials and media publications. For achieving the results is provided the activity “Managing of the project”.In the frame of this activity will be conducted monthly team meetings and will be realized monitoring and evaluation of the activities, including the quality of the given social services.
