"Center for Social Services - Dzhebel"

The main objective of this project proposal is to improve the quality of life of elderly and disabled people and their families in Dzhebel municipality by providing access to long-term health and social care. The project, which is offering a 22 months duration and guarantees the right to a dignified life in the community of these target groups, aimed at meeting their needs for increased autonomy and integration into the community by supporting their health, social and personal development. The integration of existing services Centar with new services "Social assistant", "home medical orderly" and "personal assistant" is a new form of social service in the municipality of Dzhebel which will cover about 100 users of the target groups and their families and ensure the implementation of a coherent national and local politics and as a result - a higher standard of living in Bulgaria. Target group: - Persons with disabilities and their families; - Persons over 65 years of inability to service and their families. Main activities of this project proposal are: 1. "Organization and management"; 2. "Selection and recruitment center for social services"; 3. "Providing hourly integrated services center for social services"; 4. "Training, development and consulting staff"; 5. "Creating conditions for the needs of staff in the Center for Social Services"; 6. "Information and publicity". Expected results: - A new Center for social services in the home environment; - Improving the quality of life of elderly and disabled people and their families by creating conditions and support for the effective exercise of the right of their right to independent living and social inclusion; - Providing employment to unemployed people of working age;
