The Department of Social service in Home environment toward Home Social Patronage in the town of Peshtera will offer hourly service for personal assistance and care to people with disabilities and to people of age above 65 years old without the possibility of self-service, for communal and public activities in support of social participation by offering the social service ‘’ Private assistant””. The basic problems of these people with disabilities and age above 65 , who are in partial or full impossibility of self service and care at home are mainly because of healthy problems or living alone and self –depended. For them is impossible to organize their everyday life, activities and the need of social contacts and environment. The expected results of this particular social activity will improve the quality of lifestyle to those people with disabilities and age above 65 by creating effective conditions and support concerning their human rights for independent life and specific needs.
