The project proposal aims to improve the quality of life and the access to services for social inclusion in response to the complex needs, including health needs, of people with disabilities and people over 65 years old who are unable to serve themselves, with the purpose of overcoming the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. The project will widen the range of activities of the Unit for services in home environment, established as part of the Home respite care in the Municipality of Ruse. The aim of the project proposal is to provide in an innovative way two types of hourly services for social support and for help in public utility services in home environment for people with partial or complete inability to serve themselves and who are at risk of social exclusion. With the upgrade of the Unit, unemployed people will be hired as "Personal Assistants" and "Home Assistants". The implementation of the procedure will build on the good results achieved under the "Alternatives" Scheme, Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2007-2013, giving a wider scope and range of the activities towards providing integrated socio-health services and other services according to the needs of the disabled person. In order to achieve the objectives specified, the project foresees the following Activities: 1. Project management and organisation; 2. Information and publicity; 3.
