Unit for hourly service provision for social inclusion

Project "Unit for hourly service provision for social inclusion" is aimed at improving the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion in response to the complex needs of 70 persons with disabilities unable to self-service. The project builds on the "Unit for services at home - Lom" funded under the scheme "Help at Home" of the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2007-2013 and activities under the procedure "New Alternatives" funded under the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" from 2014 to 2020. Within 23 months the project will implement the following main activities: 1. Activities for the organization and management of the project; 2. Activities for information and publicity; 3. Ensuring access to integrated services, according to the specific needs of disadvantaged people on the basis of individual social evaluation by supporting the work of the Unit for provision of hourly service for social inclusion, including supporting cross-sectoral and integrated services; 4. Training of personnel services; 5. Provision of psychological support and / or counseling and supervision of personnel providing social services. 6. Motivation and / or psychological or other support for service users according to their individual needs. As a result of the implementation of the complex of activities the quality of life of persons with disabilities will be improved by creating conditions for support for the effective exercise of their right to independent living and social inclusion, with respect for their rights, complying with their specific needs and possibilities. The successful implementation of the project activities will create real preconditions for the return to the real labour market of people who care for relatives with disabilities.
