"Center for hourly service inclusion in the community or in the domestic environment"

In order to widen the range of social services and the needs of people in disadvantaged positions, Kaspichan municipality will apply in this disclosure procedure of Center for hourly service inclusion in the community or in the domestic environment. The Center will provide comprehensive services for people with disabilities and their families and to persons over 65 years of age restrictions or inability to self-service. Through its activities will be provided integrated access to health, social and other services to the specific needs of people at a disadvantage according to the individual evaluation. It is envisaged that the provision of social mobility service that will be available both in the domestic environment and in the community. To ensure quality of services and multidisciplinary approach will be developed detailed rules for the complex of services that will be provided at the center. Given the integrated nature of the project "New Alternatives" consumers will be given the opportunity to participate in this project by providing two stages of adoption documents. Services that are provided in the center of the narrow specialists taking applications for inclusion will be throughout the period of actual activity. The center will be differentiated as separate structure, which will include: Manager, social worker, labor therapist, nurse, physical therapist, psychologist, driver, domestic assistants and personal assistant. Social services will be located in a building that is municipal property provided with an environment accessible to people with disabilities. For optimal functioning of the service will be refurbished and the following premises: for group classes, remedial gymnastics, physiotherapy and lobby for consumer. In order to expand the scope of social health services and ensure their accessibility and mobility will be purchased special vehicles for people with disabilities.
