New opportunities for care and independent living by creating Center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home- city Opaka

The project proposal is innovative for Opaka municipality and will be implemented in its territory. The project envisages creation of a "Centre for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home" - Opaka, to be appointed to 45 people personal- "Social assistants" and "personal assistants" to provide hourly services 47 people with disabilities and people over 65 years in the inability for self. The newly created center will conduct hourly activities for social support and social inclusion of the target group. On the other hand, the project will allow for the return of the real market of people who care for relatives with disabilities, and employment of unemployed persons in the municipality. The center, users will be able to enjoy not only social and health services. The project is building on Operation "Help at Home" and Procedure "New Alternatives". The project will be implemented in accordance with the horizontal principles of HRD OP will provide equal opportunities, equality between men and women in the formation of the target groups and implementation of the planned activities. Will take steps to transition to a low carbon, sustainable climate change, environmentally sustainable and resource-efficient economy. The project includes 47 users divided into the following target groups: 32 persons who received service to 2/29/2016 Year Project "New opportunities for care" 15 persons new users Project. The project will be assigned to total employment contract: 30 persons "Personal Assistants" who have rendered service to 2/29/2016 Year Project "New opportunities for care"; 15 persons "Social assistants", new project. The project is worth 496 390 lev. The project duration is 26 months, but not later than 31.12.2017 year.
