Providing integrated services for independent living in the municipality of Kyustendil

The project envisions the creation of a "Centre for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home," which will ensure the provision of integrated access to health, social and other services to the specific needs of disadvantaged people, building individual evaluation. The center will be innovative in nature. Disadvantaged people will be guaranteed a choice of services and will be assisted in deciding which is the service which best meets their needs. Support will be aimed at facilitating access to health services and to the development of social services in the community to support the social inclusion of disadvantaged people and to facilitate access to employment. As a result of services provided will improve the quality of life of elderly and disabled people by creating conditions and support for the effective exercise of their right to independent living and social inclusion, with respect for their rights, to comply with their specific abilities and needs. With integrated services will improve the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion in response to complex needs, including health, people with disabilities and people over 65 unable to care about themselves in order to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. On the other hand, using the services of the Center will provide opportunities for the return of the real market of people who care for loved ones with disabilities.
