Center for Innovative complex social services in the Municipality Brusartsi

The realization of this project in the Municipality Brusartsi is aimed at improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities and their families, and persons over 65 years restricted or inability to self-service by creating a Center for complex social services. With the creation of the Center for complex social services will provide conditions for social inclusion and integration of persons from the target group and will provide quality services in the home environment. The complexity of services consists in the provision of social, medical, psychological and support services in order to create conditions for dignified and independent living of persons from the target group. The proposed hourly innovative services will have a complex character as the foundation will be the individual needs, willingness and ability of the individual user. Project activities will contribute to the prevention of social exclusion and overcoming its consequences, as offered various activities and community services in the home match identified needs of consumers, prevent their possible institutionalization and improve opportunities for socialization and integration. The project will be served at least 60 persons with disabilities and persons over 65 years restricted or inability to self-service and provided employment for a total of 30 persons - management staff of the Center for complex social services and providing services in the home environment.
