“Founding of a Center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home“

The “Founding of a Center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home“ project will offer the implementation of an integrated approach to providing integrated hourly social services in the city of Pleven. The target audience for the project are people with disabilities and their families, as well as people over '65, with restriction or inability to self-service. The project will provide integrated services for people with inability to self-service, including people with disabilities, through a combination of comprehensive actions towards ensuring the long-term social, medical and mental care, within the community or at home; the organisation of daily life and the creation of conditions for social contact will be supported.
