Center for provision of social services for social inclusion and services at home to - independent and dignified life in Avren municipality

Creation of a center for provision of social services for social inclusion in the community and services at home for disabled people and their families. According to data for 2014. the total number of assisted persons in the municipality of Avren in RRDP is 562 persons and 16 children who will benefit from the social services provided in the center of qualified personnel. The main groups of diseases registered in the municipality are MSDs - joints, cardio - vascular, cancer, vision - hearing, endocrine and mental - mental disabilities. During the implementation of the project 44 persons over 65 years old inability to themself will be served at home. Services will be provided through the recruitment of qualified personnel and general in the person of a Director, a social worker, a therapist - masseur, a Consultant - psychologist, a health consultant - medical sister, 11 social assistants , 6 (six) personal assistants and a mediator. The establishment of the center will carry out repair of municipal buildings, with an embedded accessible architectural environment introduced in operating conditions suitable for use by people with disabilities. It will be equipped and furnished to the objectives and activities included in the project to define and equipment room for massage treatments and rehabilitation with the necessary facilities and room for group therapy. The following services will be provided: Psychological help and support, therapeutic massages and rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system, Social counseling consumers with applicable regulations concerning social services, welfare, rehabilitation and integration of people with disabilities, organization of leisure/free time by group therapies on the principle of clubs, providing of permanent and high quality health care for customers of the up-written services, personal assistance and support at home for people incapable of self-service over 65 years.
