In support of the right to independent life

The project provides support for the existing center for Respite, in its building will take place hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home.Old people and people with disabilities will be guaranteed a choice of services and will be supported in deciding which is the service which best meets their needs. The project aims at improving the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion in response to the needs of people with disabilities and people over age 65 in the inability for self to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and provides repair. Project on the first floor of the building of the Social Patronage owned by Tran Municipality. Repair provides for three quarters. Support for social inclusion in the community or at home will help to overcome the lack of access to basic social and health services and achieve independence through integration. The project implementation will complement and build implemented by the municipality and other social projects will provide a wider range and scope of activities towards providing integrated social and health services. Seniors and persons with disabilities will have a choice of services for their specific needs. The center will provide these integrated social services - "Personal Assistant", "Home assistant". The project envisages the inclusion of 70 representatives of the two target groups. The implementation of the activities at the Centre will be implemented by: Governing 1; Health. Mediator -1; SOC . worker-1; Tehn.assist-1; driver - 1;Personal -assistant - 21 +24 number; Home helper - 25 ; The team of the Center will be provided, basic and advanced training and supervision. Their activity will be supported by the development of rules and methodology for offering provided social services. In order to ensure access for people with disabilities will be delivered specialized vehicle.
