Independent life in Primorsko Municipality

The project plans to establish a Center for temporary provision of home based services for social inclusion. The center will provide a wide range of social services for personal assistance, social support and servcies at the homes of the users for people with disabilities and their families as well as people above the age of 65 who are not able to service themselves. Such people are in the risk of being completely excluded. The center will provide the following hourly services - home based assistance and personal assistants. The center will be managed by a manager and there will be also a social services consultant, phsycologist and medical assistant who will provide consultancy in their professional areas. The goal of th eproject is to improve the quality of life and access to social inclusion services based on the personal needs of people with disabilities and elderly people (above 65 years) who are inable to serve themselves. They will be able to receive an horly based personal assistance and home-based assistantce. The project will also contribute to improving the lifes of the families of these users and ability to have an alternative choice and active participation on the labor market.
