"Possibility for worthy and equivalent way of life and help for personal and social integration of people with injuries on the territory of Zlatitsa Municipality."

The project is directed to manage with particular necessaries and problems in Zlatitsa Municipality and give complex services in home environment for personal help, social support, help for communal activities, psychological and medical support of middle-aged people and these who have injuries, these who are with limited possibilities or haven't possibilities to count on their own. With realizing of the project idea will be satisfied the necessity of applying of innovative practice in social economic sphere, making new workshop, that will restrict the poverty. In order to ensure effective function of the Section for social services in home environment toward Home social patronage and insurance of quality complex services will be gained admission to integrated services, depending on specific necessities of the old people a.k.a users. Activities will be for personal help, social support, help for communal activites, psychological support and consulting for the users, supervision of the staff, medical and social cares, that is premise and factor for helping of middle-aged people with injurities in their way to social integration and rehabilitation. The aim of the project is to make conditions for worthy life of the people, who are in complete or partial impossibility for self-service and overcome the risk of social isolation. In Zlatitsa Municipality to 04 June 2015 there are 406 people with injurities, of them 160 are with 100 %, number of registered children are 22. On the territory expected activities in this project suggestion will guarantee achieve the purpose of the present procedure of direct grant of free financial help.
