We can deliver more project is aimed to provide access to social inclusion facing the complex of needs, including under helth issues, for disabled people and people over 65 years old, incapable or with limited capabilities for self-servicing, form Nikopol Municipality through establishing and developing hourly complex social services, including a services delivering team, within Social Services Unit to Home Social Patronage Center - Nikopol. To this end we are going to: provide necessary equipment, furnishing, vhicle for specialized transportation of social services' users, select and train professional services delivering team, develop and adopt services delivering regulation rules, select, grounding on the needs founded, Unit services' users, contract with 70 users needed complex social services, incl. at home, for social inclusion for 18 months. We are going to provide motivation and phsyhological support, consultations and supervision for Unit team as well - motivation and phsyhological support to Unit services' users. Project target group is: 50 disabled people and 20 people over 65 years old, incapable or with limitied capabilities for self-servicing, from Nikopol Municipality. Main project result is to be improved and expanded access to hourly delivered services for social inclusion into communicty or at home about 50 disabled people and 20 people over 65 years old - incapable or with limited capabilities for self-servicing from Nikopol Municipality through complex hourly services and effective unit for its managment, development and delivering. The project is to be run for 20 months by designated experienced and motivated project management team: a leader, a cordinator, an assistant and an accountant - on all over Nikopol Municipality territory.
