"Nikola Kozlevo Municipality In Support For Independent Living"

The project foresees the establishment of a new "Center for provision of hourly service for social inclusion in the community or at home - Nikola Kozlevo Municipality". For this purpose there is going to be done a renovation of a building, stated of the Municipal Council Nikola Kozlevo, there is going to be furnishing and equipping of the Center. The main services that we shall offer: rehabilitation through therapeutic exercise, access to health services, occupational therapy, administrative support services to consumers, training of basic computer skills and etc. We shall hire the following personnel: Head of the Centre, Psychologist, Occupational Therapists, Medical Staff and Driver. We shall provide the social service "Personal Assistant" to a total of 76 persons, of whom currently in the procedure "New Alternatives" (Project № 2014BG05M9OP001-2.2015.001-C0001 "New opportunities for care") are included 40 persons. In March 2016, after the conclusion of the procedure "New Alternatives", we shall rate the needs of those 40 users and they will be involved in this project. One month after the start of this project, we shall provide the social service "Personal Assistant" to a total of 36 new persons.
