For the purposes of this project will be revealed Centre for hourly provision of social services in the community or at home , which will provide hourly integrated social services for people with disabilities / including children / and Lonely Elderly people with difficulty or inability to services in order to ensure long-term social , medical, psychological and other care in the community or at home . With the implementation of the project will improve the quality of life of the target groups and their families will improve the quality of services offered in previous projects will expand the volume and variety they will achieve full territorial coverage . As a result of the implementation of project activities , target groups will have the opportunity to exercise their right to independent living and social inclusion through respecting their rights , taking into consideration their specific needs and personal desires. Will respect the freedom of choice in selecting the necessary services that will ensure maximum satisfaction of their needs. Through the implementation of project activities on the one hand , will provide employment to unemployed people of working age and those who care for loved ones, and will enable them to return to the real labor market , and the other will enable people with disabilities to choose the desired and needed an assistant .
