Support for Independent and Easeful Life

With the implementation of the project elderly and people with disabilities will have the opportunity to choose services and to be assisted in deciding which service is responsible to the fullest extent of their needs. Support will be aimed at facilitating access to health services and to the development of community based social services, support for social inclusion of people with disabilities. The implementation of project is aimed at improving the quality of life of elderly and disabled people by creating conditions and support for the effective exercise of their right to independent living and social inclusion, taking into consideration their specific needs and opportunities .The implementation of a coherent set of activities will lead the continued operation of Unit hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home, which will provide integrated access to health, social and other services to the specific needs of the person based on individual his assessment. A multidisciplinary team of specialists will be engaged in providing services after passing the necessary training, which will provide quality services.
