Establishment of center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home in Borovo Municipality

The current project aims to provide integrated social services for people with inability for self-service and for people with disabilities, combining complex of activities towards providing long-term care, incl. and social and health services in the community or at home. This will also provide employment to unemployed people of working age and will enable to use different services from people with disabilities according to their needs. The idea is to establish center for social services at home in Municipality of Borovo and to contribute the enrichment of the range and scope of the provided social services at the time, supplementing and upgrading the effect of social projects implemented by the Municipality. Within the project in addition to performing social services at the time (social assistants, personal assistants) will be contracted more persons according to estimated needs of customers and their individual plans - will perform various activities after passing training. The scope of services will be expanded through the recruitment of medical personnel to the team and a psychologist to advise and consumers, and the team providing the requested services. This will continue to provide quality social services in the community or at home to prevent social exclusion and creating opportunities for independent living of the elderly and people with special needs and will expand the spatial range of services provided in center services at home in Municipality Borovo and their diversity.
