The project proposal is intended to improve the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion of people with disabilities and people over 65 with limited or unable to self-service in the Municipality of Pazardzhik through functional separation of Center to the existing Unit for services at home to Home social care. It will be implemented in partnership between the Municipality of Pazardzhik and the Crime Prevention Fund - IGA. The project will start with hiring three people to the Unit and employing 60 personal assistants. In the beginning of the project will be developed a Program for the activities of the service by the partner. Experts of the partner will train the staff of the Unit and the social assistants - one introductory and two supporting trainings. The experts of the partner will carry out psychological support staff, counseling and supervision to improve the efficiency and quality of work, psychological and motivational support to service users through their specialists. The project will cover 130 users that will work at their homes or at the Unit. To promote the project activities are provided activities for information and publicity, including: 2 press conferences for representatives of media institutions and organizations interested in the topic and the management team of the project; 2 publications in a local newspaper; 2 information boards; 25 pcs. of information posters; 90 pcs. of advertising block list and 100pcs. of information brochures.
