Indepedent life in municipality Saedinenie

By offering a project, municipality Saedinenie provides the Centre, established by the procedure “Help at home” support for the Centre for hourly services for social inclusion in the community, or at home, including and supporting integrated social and health services at the municipal level, considering the specific needs to people with disabilities and their families and people over 65 with limited ability or unable to self-service, based on individual social assessment. People, who have used services from “New alternatives” procedure, will become users in the present project after ending with the activities in March, 2016. The project supports and families of people from the target group, giving them the opportunity to return to the labor market. In order to have efficient organization, coordination, control and report of the overall activity on project, achievement of the targets, a management team will be established. The publicity by the project will be provided, the information of the specific objectives and results of the project and EU financial contribution. The staff, needed for the overall operation, management and provision of services, will be selected and hired - social assistant, home assistant, personal assistant, manager of the center, a social worker, driver and staff for specialist services at home and in the community - nurse, rehabilitation, psychologist. The staff which provides services will be trained will be provided with psychological support and/or counseling. Service users will be given motivational and/or psychological support according to their individual needs. Specialized transport for disabled people will be bought to transport people from the target group to provide specialized services at the centre. For the overall operation the centre will be repaired and equipment will be bought.
