This project includes the creation of a "Centre for hourly service provision for social inclusion at home" providing integrated services for people with disabilities and people over 65 GS inability to self-service. The Center will be recruited 81 persons providing services in the home, "personal assistant" of the worst cases of people with disabilities - 64 persons and 17 persons "domestic helpers" who will serve 85 users. The newly established Center will be structurally separate unit, which provides services for inclusion in the home to which will provide more: Motivational and psychological support for service users according to their individual needs and psychological support and counseling personnel providing social services. During the preparation of the project proposal, a study among the target group to identify the needs and problems of people. A major problem for people with disabilities and adults over 65 years is the lack of support in their daily lives due to inability to serve themselves. Customers with the "personal assistant" project "New Alternatives" are a total of 44, including 9 children, ages 12 in '65 and 23 persons with disabilities over 65 years This project provides for them to continue to use this service due his heavy medical condition requiring constant care. The number of those who submitted an application but not in the "New Alternatives" persons is 88, 20 of them will be included as users of this service in the framework of this project. Service "Domestic assistant" will provide 85 persons, as most of them are living alone, with inability to self people over 65 who are not certified by the LEDC, despite indications for this and have not been able to apply for a personal assistant on the project "New Alternatives".
