Establishment of condition for independent life of vulnerable groups Montana municipality

Through the activities under project "Creating conditions for independent living for vulnerable persons in Municipality of Montana" the access to basic social, but also health and psychological services in the municipality will be improved, which will ensure a better quality of life, independence and dignity of users. Through the implementation of the planned project activities and functional differentiation of the center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home, services for users who have asked it will be offered, and will be given a choice of a range of integrated services to meet the maximum needs of the citizens. The opened new work places under the project will assure new opportunities for returning to the labor market of the people who are caring for their loved ones with disabilities. And as the final result of the implementation of the activities it will improve the quality of life of elderly and disabled people by creating conditions and support for the effective exercise of their right to independent living and social inclusion, while respecting their rights, comply with their capabilities and specific needs. In order to achieve both objectives and results, the project foresees the implementation of the following activities: functional separation of the center; an assessment of individual needs and social assessment of the users; selection and training of staff to provide the service; providing health and psychological support. The estimated project budget is 871 948.
