"Center for social services - Mineralni bani"

The project will create a new center for domestic social services in the home environment. They are will be selected and appointed 30 personal assistants, psychologist and one medical specialist for 18 months and 30 personal assistants for 14 months. The aim of the project is to provide people with disabilities and adults than 65 years access to long-term health and social care, including access to employment, according to the specific needs of people at a disadvantage on the basis of an individual assessment of needs. Budget of the project proposal: 499 710 lv. Duration - 21 months. Target group: - Persons with disabilities and their families; - Persons over 65 years of inability to service and their families. Main activities of this project proposal are: 1. Organization and management; 2. Creating conditions for work at the Center for social service and purchase "specialized means of transport" for people with disabilities;; 3. Selection and recruitment of staff at the Center for social service; 4. Selection of service users; 5. Functioning of Center for providing social services at home; 6. Information and publicity. Expected results: - A new Center for social services in the home environment; - Improving the quality of life of elderly and disabled people by creating conditions and support for the effective exercise of the right of their right to independent living and social inclusion; - Providing employment to unemployed people of working age; - Integration of services for people with inability to service for people with a disability, combining complex towards providing long-term care, including social and health services in the community and at home.
