"Support for dignified and independent life in the Municipality of Hadjidimovo"

This project proposal aims to provide support for dignified and independent living of persons with disabilities, persons over 65 years in the inability or limitations in daily living, and their families, improving their quality of life by providing innovative complexes hourly services for social inclusion in the community and at home. By creating a new center for social services in the Municipality Hadjidimovo will enable the above-mentioned target group to be assisted and supported through the provision of social, medical, psychological and motivational services to ensure conditions for the full existence. Centre will be established for social services, a minimum of 80 users will receive care provided by the services for social inclusion and at home. The main emphasis is the need, opportunities and desired. Established a center for social services will be managed by a staff consisting of 4 persons- manager, social worker, activities organizer and maintenance center and medical litse.Uslugi at home will provide 76 persons employed on 4-hour workday, who will provide personal assistant services, social assistant and a home helper. The implementation of the project will provide employment for 80 persons, while will allow individuals from the target group to use diverse and targeted social and health services in the community, thus minimizing the risk of institutionalization. The implementation of the project and establishment of a Centre for Social Services provides a safe and secure environment for the target group, their families and persons supplying services. There is a qualified expert assistance - training, supervision and advice for consumers and workers in the Center for Social Services faces.
