Project "Support for independent life" aims to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and people over 65 years in the inability to self-service in order to overcome the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. With its implementation will expand the activities of the Unit for services in the home ambience, invented as a project "Help at home" under Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2007-2013. The project will provide integrated social services for people with inability for self-service and for people with disabilities, combining complex towards providing long-term care, including social and health services. This will provide employment to unemployed people of working age, on the other hand will enable people with disabilities to use different services according to their needs. For the purpose will be appointed staff to manage Unit, staff to provide services in the home ambience and specialists providing psychological and health support. To ensure an integrated approach to service staff will include experts with different profiles of competence: domestic staff, personal assistants, social worker, psychologist and nurse. This project will build on the good results achieved under the scheme "Help at home" scheme "Alternatives" and other measures financed under the Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2007-2013 and the procedure "New Alternatives", financed by the Human Resources Development Operational Programme 2014-2020, by applying the new wider scope and range of activities focused on the provision of integrated social - health services and others, according to the needs of the elderly and people with disabilities.
