This project provides a creation of a center for hourly service provision for social inclusion in the community or at home, in one hand to provide integrated services for people over 65 years old, with inability for self services and for people with impairment. Providing integrated services for people over 65 with inability for self services and for people with disabilities that combine complex steps towards providing long-term care, including social and health services in the community or at home. Improving the quality of life for adults and persons with disabilities, by creating conditions and supporting effective exercise searching their rights for independent living and social inclusion while respecting their rights to comply with their specific abilities and needs. Providing opportunities for the return of the real labor market of persons who take care for their relatives with disabilities.
