Empathy for independent living

The project proposal aims to improve the quality of life of older and disabled people to improve their access to basic social and health services to achieve independence and social integration of these people. It will provide integrated services for people who cannot take care of themselves on a daily basis and for people with disabilities by combining complex actions in providing social and health services in the community or at home. The project is aimed at people who live alone with an inability to self-organize their lifestyle and daily activities. Another goal is to provide employment to unemployed people of working age and people with disabilities will choose the desired and necessary assistant to reassure their control environment. The aim is to provide the representatives of this target group, health and social care in the long term, according to their specific needs. Will provide 45 pieces of personal assistants, 3 house assistants and 2 social assistants who will be available to the disadvantaged. It is planned to provide transportation for the needs of the target group. Requests for use of the provided transport will be realized through a dispatcher.
