Caring for independent living in the municipality of Radomir

The project proposal is in accordance with the specific objectives set in the procedure "Independent Living". The project provides activities aimed at decentralized model for providing services in a family environment and creating new jobs. In pursuance of the objectives, the project will implement activities that will be focused entirely on creating a section for providing social services in the home environment in the municipality of Radomir, employment, and development of the social economy and opportunities for social inclusion of people involved in the project- service users and employed people in the social enterprise. In the newly established section the following services will be delivered:  Providing hourly service for personal assistance to needy people;  Providing hourly services for public utility activities to needy people;  Providing hourly services to support the social inclusion of deprived;  Delivering health services to people in need On the whole, 50 people will get the opportunity for employment and career development. The project is set to take care for 63 users. Activities of the social enterprise will increase social activity, both for service users and employees. The project realization will allow upgrading the existing social services and give the opportunity to provide new ones. It will expand the range of services specifically designed for elderly, lonely people and people with disabilities. It will ensure the security of people from the target group who will use the services. The created section and its work will give opportunities for effective planning of services, and also of their decentralization.
